my room was spacious. it included a separate shower. the park access was a good perk. i found the different themed nights at dinner to be a nice touch. the private beach provided a relaxing space.

i thought the evening entertainment options were limited, with the same fountain show each night. there were few places to sit outside.

The hotel is family-friendly with excellent food options. My child loved the playstation and arcade games located inside. These entertained us for hours. The hotel's location is superb because it is across from the theme park and near the shopping avenue.

The signage could be improved to help navigate the large complex more easily.

The team members at the chocolate counter remembered my order every day. A friendly man, i believe named chris, checked that we enjoyed our stay. He was friendly and helpful. The staff are very attentive offering drinks as soon as we sat down.

i liked the family friendly atmosphere. daily shows outside the hotel were good. the hotel's proximity to the theme park entrance was very convenient.

i observed kids running around unsupervised in the arcade area. hardly anything in the arcade actually worked. the milkshake bar lacked many flavors.

Everything sparkled! the waterpark access proved amazing. food options tasted delicious. I appreciated many choices. shopping was so fun! it kept my whole family happy. stingrays were fantastic too. i felt totally pampered!
